Check that your antivirus isn’t blocking the access to your camera
If you are using a public connection to the Internet such as school/work network,
there’s a change that the network administrator is blocking some TCP ports needed
Verify that the email you used to register your account is correct and doesn’t have any errors
Payments done via AliPay sometimes take a few hours to process. Once your payment is processed,
you will be sent an email with your user account credentials
Verify that you are inputting your information correctly
Make sure you have enough funds in your account if paying with Credit / Debit card.
